Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in environmental testing or similar role.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and procedures.
• Ability to interpret and analyze test results.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for running test equipment in the Environmental Test Lab (thermal chambers, vibration tables, shock tables, thermal vacuum chambers).
• Set up and tear down of test equipment for each test.
• Document all work for QA inspection and compliance.
• Read and interpret test procedures, schematics, and drawings.
