Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering field and 8+ years of technical experience.
• Experience with environmental qualification requirements (e.g., MIL-STD-810).
• Experience leading test activities: vibration, thermal, E3, and related tests.
• Experience with test instrumentation and data acquisition.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of environmental qualification tests.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and reports per military/industry standards.
• Interface between design teams, labs, systems engineering, and program management.
• Review requirements and ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Lead TRRs, manage configurations, and ensure safety compliance.
• Analyze test data and document results for customer delivery.
• Provide guidance on qualification strategy and compliance approaches.
• Support risk management, scheduling, cost estimates, and resource planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in testing.
