Job summary

HPC Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking an Environmental Technician I to perform hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials. The role has no experience requirement and is 100% travel.

You will assist with field sampling, operate light and heavy equipment, and maintain safety documentation. On-call 24/7, weekends/holidays may be required; comprehensive benefits apply after 30 days of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must complete CSE and 40-hour OSHA training.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 100%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority by following policies.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting, pulling, and pushing heavy objects.
• Operate pumps, vacuum equipment, generators, and other field gear.
• Perform emergency response activities for chemical and water spills.
• Complete daily worksheets, vehicle and equipment inspections, and safety permits.
