Job summary

You will conduct soil, groundwater, and surface water sampling, assist with environmental investigation and remediation projects, and operate remediation systems as part of a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, geologists, and scientists. • Willing to travel for field projects.
• Experience in environmental field is a plus but training is provided.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to document field observations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soil, groundwater, and surface water sampling activities in the field.
• Assist with environmental investigation and remediation projects.
• Operate and maintain remediation systems and related equipment.
• Support surveying and other field activities as needed.
• Document observations and compile accurate field records.
• Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and scientists on projects in the region.

Who you are

• Hard-working, dependable, and mechanically inclined with an interest in environmental field work
• Experience in the environmental industry is a plus, but not required. We’ll provide comprehensive training.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate field documentation
• Strong work ethic with leadership potential
• Willing and able to travel as needed for projects

What you'll be doing

• Conducting soil, groundwater, and surface water sampling activities

• Supporting surveying and other field activities
• Collecting field data, documenting observations, and preparing accurate recordsWorking alongside engineers, geologists, and scientists on a variety of environmental projects throughout the region
