Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Perform technical review and sign-off on Phase I ESAs and Preliminary Assessments as an Environmental Professional (EP) and Senior Reviewer.
• Coordinate with junior staff throughout the Phase I ESA process.
• Interact with clients regarding preliminary, draft, and final report findings.
• Manage tasks related to research, field activities, and report preparation.
• Develop conclusions and recommendations for further action; assist the Remediation and Investigation team with proposals for additional investigation.
• Interpret technical information and analytical data.
• Review and revise reports prepared by junior staff, providing constructive feedback.
• Prepare technical reports for submission to clients and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure work is completed within budget and meets client deadlines.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years’ experience performing Phase I ESAs and over ten years in technical review and sign-off of Phase I ESAs.
• Experience preparing equity purchase and lender Phase I ESAs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourcefulness, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to short-notice assignments.
• Strong work ethic.

This position is based out of Moorestown, NJ, Edison, NJ, or remote.
