Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Florida DEP regulations and FAC chapters 62-761/62-762.
• Ability to prepare clear letters of noncompliance and technical reports.
• Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect petroleum storage tank facilities for compliance with rules.
• Prepare letters of noncompliance to enforce FAC chapters 62-761/62-762.
• Coordinate program activities with FDEP, DBPR, EPA, and others.
• Coordinate inspections with contractors and facility owners.
• Provide technical assistance to owners, regulators, and the public.
• Produce reports as required by the FDEP contract and DOH-Escambia.
