Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Safety‑minded Transportation Technician in Texas to handle hazardous waste transport activities. You will sample wastes, coordinate shipments and ensure DOT/EPA compliance while building client relationships.

Required: 40‑hour HAZWOPER, valid driver’s license, ability to obtain Class A/B CDL with Hazardous endorsement. Comprehensive benefits and training provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science preferred.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification required.
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain Class A/B CDL with Hazardous endorsement.

Responsabilidades

• Sample waste streams according to policies and procedures.
• Manifest, package, spill cleanup, labeling, loading/unloading and coordinating transportation.
• Maintain a professional image with clients and address inquiries with solutions.
• Comply with all DOT/EPA and Veolia Environmental Services policies and procedures.
• Familiarize and follow regulations to expedite disposal of hazardous waste.
• Operate and maintain all equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
