Mortenson is currently seeking an Environmental Specialist with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Environmental Specialist will support Mortenson’s environmental management efforts for our Seattle and Portland commercial construction projects with potential to support additional commercial groups beyond the Pacific Northwest. This individual will be providing review of environmental documentation and advising on environmental matters in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.
This individual can be based out of either our Portland, OR or Seattle, WA office.
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
The base pay range for this role is $89,500 - $120,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
