Mortenson is seeking an Associate Environmental Specialist - Civil to support environmental management across North America, reviewing environmental documentation and advising on environmental matters per company policies. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a valid driver’s license, with extensive on-site responsibilities and collaboration with customers and subcontractors.
Mortenson is currently seeking an Associate Environmental Specialist - Civil with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Associate Environmental Specialist will support Mortenson's environmental management efforts for various projects throughout North America, providing review of environmental documentation, and advising on environmental matters in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.
Location: Hiring for projects in Texas.
Travel: Must be able to travel 100%.
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
The base pay range for this role is $73,800 MIN - $92,300 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
