Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking an ES Field Project Manager to lead field service projects, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and profitability at client sites. The role targets independent judgment, contract adherence, and effective resource coordination across teams.

Responsibilities include proposal oversight, safety plan development, budgeting, invoicing, and client reporting, with focus on maintaining high standards and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some roles may require geology, environmental science, or related field as required by customer contract.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management, quality control, and resource management.
• Lead proposal preparation and contract reviews to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Develop safety plans and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Create and track purchase orders to monitor spending and profitability.
• Coordinate proposal activities with proposal specialist and Territory Sales Executive.
• Work with Operations Manager to ensure annual budgets are met.
• Prepare project invoices and manage client payments.
• Provide data and reporting to customers per contract specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor services and negotiate change orders.
• Collaborate with sales to propose compliant customer solutions.
• Participate in marketing to develop new business opportunities.
