Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift or move objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas per infection control standards.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and furniture.
• Maintain hard and carpeted surfaces including stripping and refinishing.
• Wash walls, ceilings, windows, and woodwork.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory.
• Handle trash and biohazardous materials safely per HIPAA.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment; report malfunctions.
• Assist with minor repairs and report larger facility issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
