Corewell Health Reed City Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services worker to clean and disinfect patient rooms, offices and ancillary areas, following department procedures and handling waste streams. You will perform floor, carpet and upholstery maintenance and ensure supplies are properly stored in a fast-paced hospital setting.
The role supports patient and staff navigation, works the day shift on a part-time basis with 18.75 hours per week, and may cover other sites as needed to meet
Cleans and disinfects assigned work area according to department procedures. Removes medical waste, trash and linens. Performs the interim and restorative maintenance of the health system's hard floor, carpets and upholstery according to procedures. Fully functioning in one area of responsibility.
