Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Environmental Services Associate at Pine Ridge RNC in Stevensville, MI. The role focuses on cleaning, disinfecting, stocking patient rooms, offices, and ancillary areas in line with department procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, disinfects, and stocks patient rooms, offices, and ancillary areas per procedures.
• Removes linens and waste streams and disposes accordingly.
• Maintains hard floors, carpets, and upholstery via interim/restorative upkeep per procedures.
• Assembles, maintains, and stores equipment and supplies for tasks.
• Communicates with team members to ensure service continuity and coordinates needs.
• May work across department sites to cover business needs.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for the cleaning, disinfecting and stocking of patient rooms, offices and ancillary areas according to established procedures. Responsible for the removal and disposal of linens and waste streams.


• Performs interim and restorative maintenance to hard floor, carpets and upholstery according to procedures.


• Assembles, maintains and stores equipment/supplies that are necessary to complete tasks according to department standards.


• Communicates and collaborates with other members of the team to ensure continuity and coordination of services. Reports general maintenance and specialized cleaning requirements in work area.


• Assists visitors and employees in navigating through the hospital to reach their destination.


• Fully functioning within one cleaning area.


• May be expected to work across department sites for coverage and business need.

Qualifications
