Swinomish Casino & Lodge is seeking an Environmental Services Technician II to maintain clean and safe gaming areas, public spaces, and dining areas. The role includes deep-cleaning and sanitizing kitchen facilities to meet health standards, with a graveyard shift schedule.

Responsibilities include floor care, restroom sanitation, equipment cleaning, trash removal, and assisting with event setup as needed. Candidates should have 2+ years in custodial or related field and pass a permit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years custodial, janitorial, or environmental services experience in a casino, hotel, healthcare, school, office, or similar environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and perform physical cleaning duties.
• Ability to obtain a Class IV Swinomish Gaming Commission Permit upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, and sealing.
• Sanitize restrooms and keep supplies stocked.
• Clean gaming equipment, public areas, offices, windows, and walls.
• Empty and relines trash receptacles throughout the property.

Join our team as an Environmental Services Technician II (EST II) and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. This graveyard shift position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of gaming areas, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and dining areas, and for deep-cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and restaurant facilities to meet health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, and sealing.


• Sanitize restrooms and ensure they remain stocked with necessary supplies.


• Clean gaming equipment, public areas, offices, windows, walls, and other facility spaces.


• Empty and reline trash receptacles throughout the property.


• Deep clean and sanitize kitchens, dining areas, stainless steel surfaces, cooking hoods, counters, sinks, and server stations.


• Operate floor-cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.


• Report maintenance concerns and assist with event setup as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.


• Two or more years of custodial, janitorial, or environmental services experience in a casino, hotel, healthcare, school, office, or similar environment.


• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.


• Customer service focused with the ability to work well as part of a team.


• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
