Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO, is hiring an Environmental Services Worker for the evenings shift (5:00pm–9:00pm) to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.

The role involves coordinating with team members, handling chemicals safely, following cleaning schedules, and upholding infection-control standards. Preferred HS diploma; no prior experience required.

• Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing and walking; ability to read and write documentation; Exerting 20 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 lbs. of force frequently.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Providing public access to safety with proper control of chemicals, caution signs, housekeeping carts, and restrictions on work sites.
• Working with other team members to set specific cleaning schedules
• Maintaining knowledge of appropriate department chemicals and correct usage
• Learning new techniques and demonstrating awareness of safety materials (MSDS etc.)

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring an Environmental Services Worker to join our Environmental Services Department in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Status: Part Time

Work Shift: Evenings

Hours: 5:00pm-9:00pm

What Your Day Looks Like:

At Bolivar Family Care Center, we see patients of all ages for a variety of illnesses, injuries and ailments.Our medical staff provides complete family care, well-baby exams, well-woman exams, Medicare wellness visits, obstetrical care and immunizations. The clinic also provides certified medical exams and drug screens for DOT. Bolivar Family Care Center is accepting new patients.

Bolivar Family Care Center provides walk-in hours forconvenientand quick care for people of all ages.

As an Environmental Services Worker, you will be:

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
