ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES SPECIALIST - TEMPORARY (OKLAHOMA CITY, OK)

Join Our Blood Institute as an Environmental Services Specialist - Temporary in Oklahoma City, OK.

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on education and experience. Bonuses: $500 after 6 months, $1,000 after 1 year.

Schedule: Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Position Overview

The Environmental Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of OBI facilities, including restrooms, common areas, offices, and break rooms.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on housekeeping experience, preferably in a medical setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependable, responsible, honest, fair, and able to perform under stress
• Good oral and written communication skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned facilities
• Perform cleaning tasks including restrooms, common areas, dusting, and floor care
• Handle work order requests as assigned
• Empty waste containers, including bio-hazardous waste
• Operate housekeeping equipment such as buffers and floor machines
• Shampoo carpets and maintain floors
• Perform additional duties as assigned
