Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Client Service Specialist at our Oklahoma City office. The Client Service Specialist will act as a liaison between clients and the wealth manager to ensure all aspects of the client experience meet high standards. Responsibilities include processing account changes, addressing client concerns, and providing excellent customer service in the financial services industry.
