Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement processes aligned with OhioHealth goals.
• Staffing adjustments and perform environmental duties when needed.
• Monitor timelines, action plans, and data analysis.
• Educate Environmental Service staff and provide unit training.
• Report progress to department leadership and adjust as needed.
• Support safeguarding safety, quality, and efficiency as an HRO.
• Provide keys/pagers for shifts and ensure fair staffing.
• Promote customer service initiatives and training across the organization.
• Engage in rewards and recognition programs with staff.
