Job summary

Qualifications

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training of new associates.
• Proficient in written and oral communication and ability to present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks of frontline associates and liaise between administration and unit departments.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and service levels to maintain quality delivery.
