Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Operations Manager 1 to lead daily EVS operations at Adventist Health Clear Lake, a 25-bed critical access hospital in Clearlake, CA. You will oversee frontline teams to deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff, while managing resources and maintaining safety standards.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes teamwork, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or supervising environmental services or custodial teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance within facilities operations.
• Excellent multitasking skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving operational goals.
• Clear, confident communication skills paired with strong attention to detail.
• Technical proficiency with custodial tools, processes, and operational systems to support team effectiveness.
