You will supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams, ensure compliance with policies and safety standards, and liaise with facility administrators to deliver top-tier resident experiences. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Two years of healthcare housekeeping supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work across shifts in a long-term care environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff; ensure compliance with policies and federal/state requirements.
• Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Liaise between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
