Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an Account Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long‑term care facility. You will drive quality outcomes, ensure policy adherence, and coordinate with building administrators to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervision experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff per policies.
• Lead light/heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across shifts.
• Oversee training, quality control, and in‑service sessions.
• Maintain records of expenses, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Serve as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
• Promote safety and proper use of cleaning products.
• Ensure consistent attendance and timely task completion.
