Healthcare Services Group, Inc. seeks an Environmental Services Department Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility.

You will ensure compliance with policies, train staff, manage inventories, and coordinate with administrators to deliver clean, safe environments for residents and staff. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and safety awareness, with preferred experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine tasks daily.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects and programs.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment while using HCSG computer software.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
