Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility. You will supervise staff across shifts, ensure policy and safety compliance, and serve as the liaison with facility administrators and residents.

You will drive training, quality control, and timely completion of programs, while maintaining records and ensuring positive interactions with clients and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years or more of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Lead teams in light and heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across varying shifts.
• Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects and programs.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
• Ensure safety in the use of cleaning solutions and PPE; monitor attendance and punctuality.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, clients, and residents.
