Job summary

Avera Tyler seeks an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead the Environmental Services team and ensure efficient operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate training, and maintain equipment in good condition.

The role requires ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across CMS, Joint Commission, DHHS, and OSHA frameworks. Responsibilities include budgeting input, scheduling, staffing, performance reviews, and coaching.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; minimum one year related experience or training.
• Technical/ Vocational certificate in building maintenance preferred.
• Special Engineer's Boiler License (MN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient guidance and broad supervision of Environmental Services staff.
• Coordinate on‑the‑job training and orientation for the department.
• Assist with records management per regulatory guidelines (OSHA, MDH, etc.).
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize departmental efficiency and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; support safety programs.
