Job summary

Heritage House (St. Peter's Health Partners) seeks an Environmental Services Lead to ensure a clean, safe environment and to support daily operations across multiple locations. You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, and oversee housekeeping tasks on-site.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage inventory and work with the supervisor to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Environmental Services experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• At least 1 year of floor care experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and apply effective supervisory skills.
• Ability to safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping and floor care duties to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist the Supervisor with planning and scheduling.
• Lead staff training and oversight.
• Handle departmental paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Manage inventory and supply ordering.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.
• Provide supervision and operational support across on-campus and off-campus locations.
• Coordinate with the Supervisor to ensure consistent cleanliness and service quality.
