Position Summary

The Manager-In-Training (MIT) program lasts approximately 16 weeks and includes hands-on and computer-based training across various management aspects such as operations, leadership, policies, reporting, safety, and communication.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, and perform routine tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in the service area.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Physical ability to lift, push, stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks.
