Position Summary
Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program offers a 16-week interactive training experience covering management, operations, safety, communication, and leadership skills. The program prepares you to manage your own account, including training staff, quality control, reporting, and customer interactions.

Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, basic computer skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and physical ability to perform tasks. Compliance with COVID-19 policies and residence in the service area are required.
