You are someone passionate about development, teamwork, creating memorable guest experiences, and delivering excellent service. You are flexible, adaptable, and able to act decisively with little supervision.
You may have a bachelor's or associate degree by August 2025 or earlier (required), customer service experience (preferred), willingness to relocate, financial acumen, effective communication skills, organizational abilities, basic understanding of contract administration, safety regulations, mechanical inclination, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license (for transportation roles).
About the Manager in Training Role: As an MIT, you will gain preparation for future leadership roles within our support services team, learning best practices in safety, quality, maintenance, hiring, training, and more. You will be assigned to a training location and participate in our Accelerated Manager Program (AMP), with potential for relocation and promotion based on performance.
AMP is a fast-track leadership development program that includes assessment, personalized training, mentorship, and evaluation over approximately 12 weeks or more.
Participants will receive leadership assessments, personalized learning paths, mentorship, and progress evaluations.
