Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager 2 for UNC REX Healthcare in Raleigh, NC, overseeing a 25-30 person team on 2nd shift (2:30pm start) with some oversight of 3rd shift as needed (5pm). The role includes a 2nd shift rotating weekend. UNC REX is a 500-bed hospital within UNC Health.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, scheduling, training, and supporting daily operations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
