Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Grad/GED is minimum.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 months as team leader/supervisor/manager.
• Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written office skills; proficient in using office machines and basic computing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, timely, professional communications between/among all customers, internal and external.
• Ensure a positive image of the department and hospital in interactions with healthcare team members.
