Job summary

Mirabella Seattle is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead our Housekeeping and Laundry teams, elevating resident experience through cleanliness, safety, and attentive service. The role is full-time Exempt in Seattle, WA, with a salary of $81,000 to $92,000 annually DOE.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of housekeeping or related leadership experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in housekeeping, custodial services, laundry operations, or related field.
• Leadership experience including supervision, performance management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, SDS, and housekeeping equipment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Housekeeping and Laundry operations across the community.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure standards in apartments, guest rooms, and common areas.
• Manage department budgets, inventories, equipment, vendor relationships, and contracted services.
• Promote a customer-service culture while maintaining safety and compliance requirements.
