Manpower Group (USA) is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Lead to oversee daily housekeeping and sanitation operations, ensuring a clean, safe environment for employees, customers, and guests. You will lead the EVS team, ensure procedures follow safety guidelines, conduct routine inspections, assist with training, and address concerns related to housekeeping services.

The role may require hands-on work alongside the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of Environmental Services team members.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation procedures follow company standards and safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of new employees.
• Address employee, customer, or client concerns related to housekeeping services.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ensure all team members sign out for the day.
• Serve as working lead by performing cleaning duties when needed.
