Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the environmental services team to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and supplies.
• Conduct training sessions on cleaning techniques, safety, and infection control.
• Communicate with staff, residents, and management regarding needs and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with PPE safety and sanitation policies.
• Perform quality inspections and provide feedback to team members.
• Represent HCSG in interactions with supervisors, clients, residents, and guests.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
