Summary

This position is responsible for executing field assignments within the Company's four service lines: Remediation, Waste Transportation, Industrial Maintenance, and Emergency Response. The role requires ensuring that the company's Core Values—Safety, Accountability, Integrity, and Quality—are instilled in all activities and demonstrated through leadership.

Expectations/Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of supervisors to perform assigned tasks.
• Practice safe work practices by adhering to all company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including attendance at all required safety training programs.
• Perform a wide variety of manual labor tasks.
• Conduct Industrial Cleaning tasks according to company and client policies to meet safety and quality standards.
• Travel daily and overnight for planned and emergency services.
• Adhere to regulations and procedures for handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Additional responsibilities will be shared during the interview process with qualified applicants.

Qualifications/Competencies

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Criminal Background.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Flexibility in personal schedule, including weekends and on-call status.
• Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Accountability, Integrity, and Teamwork.
• 40 Hours OSHA and related safety training is a plus.
• DOT Examiner's Certificate.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and exert physical effort performing manual labor most of the day.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to wear respirators as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to travel and work in severe weather conditions, including hot and cold environments.
• Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels.
