Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 for West Chester Hospital located in West Chester, Ohio. West Chester Hospital is part of the UC Health system. It is a Level III Trauma Center, a certified Primary Stroke Center and is designated as a Magnet hospital for excellence in nursing care. As the Environmental Service / Custodial Manager, you will oversee the daily housekeeping operations at this 250 bed hospital, reporting to the General Manager of Environment Services and managing a staff of 2 managers and 50 hourly employees. This is a day shift position with rotating weekend coverage.

What You’ll do:

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, and work closely with the Infectious Control department.
• Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives.
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System.
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
