Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager 2, for Newark Beth Israel Hospital, located in Newark, New Jersey. This is a split shift from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with alternate weekends.

What You'll Do

• Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.
• Interact with patients and staff.
• Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll, and direct supervision and development.
• Maintain safety documentation and training for the unit.
