Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, seeks a Technical Services Associate for its San Leandro, CA team. The role reports to the Technical Services Manager and is based in the office.

You will support the department administratively, manage client communications, and help coordinate field projects, with opportunities to develop in EHS compliance. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Associate degree, strong MS Office skills, and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required.
• Eagerness to learn about Environmental Health & Safety field.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external customers professionally.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork within Technical Services Group.
• Assist in providing high-level customer service during job prep and execution.
• Provide administrative support to Technical Services department.
• Collaborate with New England Operations to drive solutions.
• Develop understanding of EHS regulations (RCRA & DOT).
• Assist in data entry for job paperwork.
• Organize and file environmental documents and manifests.
• Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects.
• Contact clients and schedule environmental services.
• Track shipment volumes and report to clients.
• Create client invoices based on job paperwork.
