Responsibilities

• Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Display leadership and teamwork among Technical Services Group by overseeing the team's daily required tasks.
• Work with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure high-level of customer services during job preparation and execution.
• Provide administrative support to Technical services department.
• Collaborate with each New England Operations department to drive solutions.
• Develop understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry [RCRA & DOT].
• Assist in data entry for job paperwork in office.
• Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests.
• Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects.
• Contact clients and schedule various environmental services.
• Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients.
• Create client invoices based off job paperwork.

This position reports to the Technical Services Manager and is based in the office in San Leandro, CA.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients and schedule various environmental services
• Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients

Basic Requirements

Pay Range: $24 - $26 USD
