Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, seeks a Field Services Manager for our San Leandro team. The role focuses on leading field service projects, emergency response coordination, and ensuring safety and high-quality service while supporting profitability and client satisfaction.

The position reports to the Operations Director, is onsite in San Leandro, and requires willingness to travel across the West Region.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervision experience.
• Experience in field service projects and site operations.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and manage safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform environmental field service projects.
• Respond to site emergencies and coordinate response.
• Oversee safety and training of technicians on site.
• Travel across the West Region for field projects.
• Coordinate decontamination and lab spaces as needed.
• Support sales with scope and pricing details.
