Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental in San Leandro, CA is seeking a Technical Services Associate to join our office-based team. You will communicate with customers, support the Technical Services Group, and help prepare for field projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with customers.

• Work with Technical Services Representatives to ensure high customer service during job preparation and execution.
• Provide administrative support to the Technical Services department.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive solutions.
• Develop understanding of Environmental Health & Safety regulations (RCRA & DOT).
• Assist in data entry for job paperwork in the office.
• Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles and manifests.
• Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects.
• Contact clients and schedule environmental services.
• Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent to clients.
• Create client invoices from job paperwork.

Technical Services Associate

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Technical Services Associate for our San Leandro, CA team.

This position reports to the Technical Services Manager. This role is in the office and is based in San Leandro, CA.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitude
• Display leadership and teamwork among Technical Services Group by overseeing the team's daily required tasks
• Work with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure a high level of customer service during job preparation and execution
• Provide administrative support to Technical services department
• Collaborate with each New England Operations department to drive solutions
• Develop understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry [Resource conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) & Department of Transportation (DOT)]
• Assist in data entry for job paperwork in office
• Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests
• Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects
• Contact clients and schedule various environmental services
• Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients
• Create client invoices based off job paperwork

Basic Requirements

• Bachelors or Associates degree required
• Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety Field
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Prior customer service experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
