Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise environmental services staff, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met according to regulations.
• Assist the EVS Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining records, and conducting staff training.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies, including PPE usage.
• Perform quality inspections and provide feedback.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
