Qualifications

The Environmental Services Team Lead performs duties such as policing grounds, trash collection, and sweeping and mopping floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for all stakeholders. The role will also provide training and leadership for Environmental Services (EVS) Aides and may assume supervisory responsibility for the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments in the absence of the Director and at other times as requested.

What We Are Looking For

We need a proven leader who will support our team members and Network leaders as they provide for the daily living needs of our residents. The ideal candidate will develop trusting, caring relationships with residents and team members. Our EVS Team Leaders are required to:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant Environmental Services experience; prior leadership, training, or supervisory experience is preferred;
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning specific, relevant programs.
