WSP Global Inc. is seeking an Environmental Science Consultant in San Antonio, TX. You will collect and analyze environmental data, support site investigations, and help prepare technical reports while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in environmental sciences or geology, 3–5 years' experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Geology or related sciences.
• 3–5 years of environmental scientist experience with soil and groundwater studies under Texas guidelines.
• Knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication with diverse audiences.
• Self-leadership with attention to detail in a dynamic context.
• Ability to learn new techniques, manage multiple tasks, and comply with policies.
• Moderate proficiency with office software and related tools.
• Strong critical thinking to interpret test results and data.

• Flexibility to travel as projects require.

Responsabilités

• Collect, identify, and compile environmental data from air, soil, water, and other matrices.
• Assist with environmental reports and data entry for projects such as TRRP and related programs.
• Maintain quality control for measurements, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct investigations, inspections, and studies to support environmental needs.
• Prepare data visualizations and tables for interpretation and presentation.
• Write technical reports summarizing findings with clear documentation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, site procedures, and client communication protocols.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment; manage inventory and report malfunctions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in project scoping.
• Travel as project requirements may dictate.
