WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Lead Senior Project Manager for our Site Investigation & Remediation (SIR) Business Line across Texas offices including Houston, San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, and El Paso, with occasional travel to New Orleans and other states.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex projects, and drive client relationships while mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of environmental consulting experience, a PE or PG, and Texas registration

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field required.
• PE or PG required; Texas registration preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in environmental consulting.
• Experience growing client portfolios and developing new opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (TRRP) and site investigations.
• Project management with oversight of deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Willingness to travel within Texas and occasional western states; minimal overnight travel.

Mansioni

• Identify and develop new clients for WSP’s environmental business.
• Manage environmental projects including site characterization and remediation.
• Perform field work including oversight of subcontractors and sampling.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting for environmental tasks.
• Provide technical review to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Mentor and train junior staff; prepare teams for expanded responsibilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on technical discussions and proposals.
• Support business development and proposal preparation.
