Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Texas seeks an Environmental Project Manager to lead site investigation, remediation, and compliance projects across Texas Gulf Coast. You will guide field teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a 7–10 year track record in environmental consulting, PE/PG credentials, and strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and client communication. Travel within Texas is required, with occasional visits to neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Geology.
• PE or PG required; Texas registration preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant environmental consulting experience.
• Experience managing environmental investigation, remediation, and compliance projects.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including TRRP.
• Experience with environmental site investigations, remediation programs, field management, and environmental sampling.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including budgets, schedules, scopes, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental projects involving site characterization, remedial design, and environmental compliance, ensuring deliverables, schedules, budgets, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to execute environmental investigation and remediation projects.
• Perform field work for site characterization and remediation projects, including oversight of subcontractors and sampling of soil, soil vapor, sediment, surface water, and groundwater.
• Conduct and oversee data analysis, interpretation, and preparation of technical reports with minimal supervision.
• Support the development of remedial strategies and recommendations using accepted scientific and engineering principles.
• Review technical deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements, environmental regulations, and company quality standards.
