Job summary

WSB and Associates is seeking an Environmental Scientist, EIR to join our Idaho team. This role involves conducting Phase I/II ESAs, field oversight, preparing technical reports, and supporting remediation strategies across projects in the region.

You will collect and evaluate environmental data, coordinate with teams, assist in business development, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in both office and field settings. Travel within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed; Master's preferred.
• 25 years of experience in environmental investigation, remediation, and reporting.
• Phase I and Phase II ESAs experience.
• HAZWOPer certification preferred; asbestos/lead credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental due diligence reviews (Phase I/II ESA).
• Provide field oversight for investigation/remediation projects.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, budgets, and response action plans.
• Collect and evaluate environmental data for compliance and remediation strategies.
• Support monitoring projects, site investigations, and brownfield redevelopment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and assist in business development.
