Job summary

GHD in Midland, TX seeks an Environmental Scientist, Environmental Engineer or Geologist to join our Contamination Assessment & Remediation team. You will contribute to a range of environmental solutions on client sites, coordinating permitting, data analysis and reporting.

The role requires 3–8 years of environmental consulting experience; a Texas-based PE or NM PG is highly regarded. Travel to field sites is expected; you’ll operate in a safety‑driven, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–8 years of environmental consulting experience in permitting, remediation, design, site assessments, data management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of environmental solutions for contamination assessment and remediation.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory compliance with NMCD/NM SLO rules where applicable.
• Perform data collection, reduction and interpretation; communicate findings through reports and proposals.
• Support project management to achieve goals within schedule and budget.
• Travel to field sites as required.
