Qualifications

• Ability to monitor classroom environment for 8+ hours daily
• Willingness to pursue NC state certification if needed

Responsibilities

• Review, internalize, and facilitate KIPP NC adopted & scripted curriculum
• Deliver instruction with fidelity following pacing guide
• Maintain accurate gradebook and data tracking
• Develop positive relationships with students and families
• Participate in school events and professional development
• Collaborate with coach to identify growth areas and act on feedback
