Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and deliver the KIPP NC adopted curriculum with fidelity.
• Use pacing guides to pace math and science lessons.
• Create exemplar work and grade student work to ensure accountability.
• Use interim assessments and state tests to adjust instruction.
• Receive and apply feedback to improve teaching.
• Maintain accurate gradebook and data tracking.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Support daily school functions (arrival, advisory, lunch, dismissal).
